Before reporting a new ticket, please make sure:

  • you searched the existing tickets for your issue
  • to provide an email address (will not be publicly visible) or register an account
  • for defects, to include the version used and how to reproduce
  • mandatory ticket fields: summary, description, type, version, component
  • don't touch ticket fields: assign to, priority, milestone, keywords
